DIRECTIONS
To wear: This is reversible for either ankle. To reverse, turn support inside out, slip the support over the foot until the seam lies along the injured side of the ankle as shown.
Care: Wash using cold water, gentle cycle and a mild soap wrap in towel to remove excess moisture (do not wring) air dry away from heat and sunlight. Do not dry clean or tumble dry. Do not use fabric softeners. Do not bleach.
