For severely dry or damaged cuticles and/or cracked skin, apply several times during the day.  At bedtime, apply gel and place hands into a pair of cotton gloves allowing the skin to absorb the gel during the night. On rough, cracked feet, apply gel and place feet into a pair of socks while you sleep.
