Helps restore and maintain regularity, promotes normal function of the bowel by increasing bulk volume and water content of stool, generally produces a bowel movement in 12 to 72 hours. INGREDIENTS Active Ingredients:Calcium Polycarbophil (Equivalent to 500 mg Polycarbophil) 625 mg; Calcium 125 mg. Inactive Ingredients:Calcium Carbonate; Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose; Microcrystalline Cellulose; Powdered Cellulose; Polyplasdone; Croscarmellose Sodium; Colloidal Silicone Dioxide; Caramel Color; Magnesium Stearate. DIRECTIONS TAKE THIS PRODUCT (CHILD OR ADULT DOSE) WITH AT LEAST 8 OUNCES (A FULL GLASS) OF WATER OR OTHER FLUID. TAKING THIS PRODUCT WITHOUT ENOUGH LIQUID MAY CAUSE CHOKING. SEE WARNINGS.
