INGREDIENTS
Active Ingredients:Docusate Sodium (100 mg) (Stool Softener Laxative).
Inactive Ingredients:Citric Acid, FD&C Red 40, FD&C Yellow 6, Gelatin, Glycerin, Methylparaben, Polyethylene Glycol 400, Propylene Glycol, Propylparaben, Purified Water, Sorbitol.
DIRECTIONS
Adults and children 12 year of age and older: take 1 to 3 softgels daily with a full glass (8 oz) of water or as directed by a doctor. Children 6 to under 12 years of age: take 1 softgel daily or as directed by a doctor. Children under 6 years of age: Consult a doctor. Very low sodium: sodium (per softgel 5mg). Store at room temperature.
WARNINGS
Do not use laxative products for a period longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor.
Ask a doctor before use if you have: Abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting. Notice a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of 2 weeks.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are presently taking mineral oil.
Stop use and ask a doctor if you have rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use. These could be signs of a serious condition.
If Pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately .
