INDICATIONS
Smooth texture Metamucil. Effective in restoring regularity. Daily source of soluble fiber for maintaining regularity when recommended by a doctor. Safe, natural therapeutic fiber. Gently encourages elimination without stimulants. Orange flavor.
INGREDIENTS
Active Ingredients:Each tablespoonful contains: Pure Psyllium Husk Fiber (3.4 grams of 95).
Inactive Ingredients:Citric Acid, Flavoring, Sucrose, Yellow #6, Yellow #10.
DIRECTIONS
Put one rounded tablespoon into an empty glass. Fill glass with at least 8 oz. of water or your favorite beverage. Stir briskly and drink promptly. If mixture thicken, add more liquid and stir. Can be taken before or after meals.
Adults & children 12 years & older: 1 rounded tablespoonful in 8 oz of liquid at the first sign of irregularity. Can be taken up to 3 times daily if needed or as recommended by a doctor. Generally produces effect in 12-72 hours.
Children 6 to under 12 years: 1/2 adult dose in 8 oz of liquid, up to 3 times daily.
Children under 6: Consult a doctor.
New users: start with 1 dose daily. If minor bloating occurs when you increase doses, try slightly reducing the amount you are taking.
Mix this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See warning.
