INDICATIONS
Triaminic Softchew Cough And Sore Throat temporarily relieves cold and allergy symptoms, including coughs.
Due to minor throat and bronchial irritation: runny nose stuffy nose sneezing itching of the nose or throat, and itchy, watery eyes.
Triaminic Soft chews tablets provide effective, symptom-specific relief for your child.
- Triaminic Softchews tablets are easy to give since there is no measuring, dosage cups, or teaspoons needed.
- Triaminic Softchews tablets are easy to take because the quickly dissolve in your child's mouth with a taste your child will like.
DIRECTIONS
Let Softchews tablet dissolve in mouth or chew Softchews tablet before swallowing, whichever is preferred.
Children 6 to under 12 years of age: 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours.
Children 12 years of age and over and adults: 4 tablets every 4 to 6 hours.
- Do not exceed 4 doeses in 24 hours, or as directed by a doctor.
Children under 6 years: consult a doctor.
WARNINGS
- Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.
- Prompt medical attention is critical for adults, as well as for children, even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
- If nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- If symptoms do not improve within 7 days or are accompanied by fever, consult a doctor. A persistent cough may be a sign of a serious condition.
- If cough persists for more than 7 days, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistant headache, or if new symptoms occur, consult a doctor.
Do not take this product:
- If cough is accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus).
- For persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, or emphysema.
- If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma, a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis, or difficulty in urination due to to enlargement of the prostate gland.
- If you are taking sedatives or tranquilizer, unless directed by a doctor.
- May cause excitability, especially in children.
- May cause drowsiness alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase the drowsiness effect.
- Avoid alcoholic beverages while taking this product.
Caution: when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery.
- As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product.
- Store at room temperature. Contains no Aspirin.
