DIRECTIONS
DiabetiTrim may be mixed in a blender, shaker, or 6 to 8 ounce drinking glass. When mixing DiabetiTrim it is easier and better to use a blender or a shaker. If you are using a blender or shaker: 1. Pour 6 to 8 ounces (3/4-1 cup) of cold water into the blender or shaker. 2. Add the contents of 1 packet. 3. Blend at low speed or shake vigorously until dissolved. If you are mixing in a drinking glass: 1. Pour contents of 1 packet into an 8 ounce glass. 2. Add cold water up to a half an inch from the top. 3. Stir until dissolved.
