DIRECTIONS
For adults, in the morning take two (2) capsules before eating or exercising and in the mid-afternoon take two (2) more capsules. Take two (2) capsules twice daily. Do not exceed two (2) capsules more often than every 3 to 4 hours. Limit use to no more than 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. If you weigh less than 150 pounds, start with half the suggested amount for the first week (one capsule two times daily). As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.

Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 or pregnant, lactating or postmenopausal women. Do not exceed recommended dose. Increasing frequency of intake will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions. Do not combine this product with products containing ephedrine alkaloids. Do not consume additional sources of synephrine. Use of this product may make skin sensitive to sunlight and UV light, which could result in sunburn or skin rash after several days of use. Limit exposure to the sun or any indoor tanning equipment including beds, lamps or booths. Consult a doctor before using this product if you are using any medications or remedies, especially antidepressants or monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI), stimulants: any dietary supplement (Yohimbe, Ephedra or St. John's Wort), or any over-the-counter drug such as allergy, asthma, flu/'cold or weight control products. Avoid this product if you have a history of kidney stones, hypoglycemia, high blood pressure, arrhythmia, glaucoma, seizures, ulcer, difficulty urinating, an enlarged prostate, diabetes or a thyroid, blood, liver or eating disorder. Consult doctor before use if you are at risk for, have or have had, sensitivity to caffeine, anxiety, depression, other psychiatric conditions, recurrent heart or kidney problems, a lipid storage disease, a bleeding disorder, iron deficiency, hyperparathyroidism, if you smoke or drink alcohol daily, if you plan to have or have had recent surgery, or if you are taking any medications or remedies such as blood thinners or daily aspirin, antipsychotic medications, asthma, cold or flu remedies; antidepressants, birth control pills, ulcer or migraine medications, or stimulants. This product contains caffeine. The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as two cups of coffee. Avoid additional consumption of caffeine or stimulants such as ephedra or Ma Huang, which may intensify adverse effects. Limit the use of caffeine containing medications, foods or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, or rapid heat beat. Discontinue use and call a doctor immediately if you experience any adverse reactions such as weakness, fatigue, slowed reactions, decreased alertness, skin irritation, skin reactions, kidney problems, frequent urination, ringing in the ears, gastrointestinal discomfort, nervousness, rapid or irregular heartbeat, chest pain, changes in blood pressure, increased blood pressure, loss of consciousness, fever, tremors, irritability, mood changes, noticeable changes in behavior, shortness of breath, nausea or convulsions.
