Terry Cloth Covered Pumppal Pedifix is a Women's fashion footwear can be comfortable, even high-heeled shoes. These specially-contoured insoles were created by a female foot specialist to cushion and support women's feet where they need it most - the heels, arches and ball-of-foot area. By positioning feet properly, they'll keep you on the go all day while helping prevent problems like calluses, corns, blisters and heel pain. Soft terrycloth top covers help keep feet cool and dry and are especially beneficial for use during warm-weather months, with or without hosiery. Their -length design won't cramp toes.
DIRECTIONS
For best results, remove existing insoles from your footwear. With terrycloth side facing upward, place each new insole in your shoes to test for proper fit. If needed, use scissors to carefully trim them to fit your shoe size based on the sizing guide. Place each insole in footwear with its rounded heel area resting directly against the back of each shoe. Initially, PumpPals Insoles may feel awkward in your shoes and a break-in period may be necessary. If so, wear them for short intervals only and gradually increase wearing time with each use.
For permanent placement: Remove the protective backing from the self-adhesive area, properly position each insole in footwear and press firmly to secure bonding.
WARNINGS
Hand wash in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel and air dry completely before reuse.
