WARNINGS

- Do not use if scalp is irritated or injured.
- Do not use on permanently waved or curly permed hair until it has grown out.
- Do not use on bleached hair or permanently colored hair that is breaking, splitting or otherwise damaged.
- If hair has been previously relaxed apply to new growth only.
- If relaxer causes skin or scalp irritation, rinse out immediately and wash with the shampoo in this kit.
- If irritation persists or hair loss occurs, consult a physician.
- Keep away from mouth and eyes. If relaxer gets into mouth or eyes, rinse immediately and consult a physician.

- Avoid contact with eyes. Can cause blindness.
- Liquid Activator:
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Keep away from eyes.
- If liquid accidentally gets into eyes, rinse repeatedly with water.
- In case of accidental ingestion of Liquid Activator or mixture, call a physician immediately.
