DIRECTIONS
- Follow directions carefully on instruction sheet inside of box to avoid skin and scalp burns, hair loss and eye injury.
- Do not use if scalp is irritated or injured in any way.
- Do not use on hair that has been treated with ammonium thioglycolate (curly permed).
- Do not use on bleached hair or permanently colored hair that is breaking, splitting or otherwise damaged.
- If hair has been previously relaxed, apply only to new growth as described in the directions.
- If relaxer/activator causes skin or scalp irritation, rinse immediately and wash with shampoo in this kit.
- If irritation persists or if hair loss occurs, consult a physician.
- Keep away from eyes. If relaxer/activator gets into eyes, rinse immediately and consult a physician.
- If relaxer/activator is accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Consult a physician immediately.
- Keep out of children's reach.
