INDICATIONS

INGREDIENTS
Active Ingredients:Melatonin 1mg(as n-Acetyl-5-Methoxytryptamine).
Inactive Ingredients:Dicalcium Phosphate, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Vegetable Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
DIRECTIONS
For adults, take one (1) tablet, only at bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness. DO NOT EXCEED 3 MG IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD.
WARNINGS
Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product. Use only at bedtime. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult a doctor before use if you have, or have had, an autoimmune disease, asthma, blood pressure problems, arrhythmia, depression or if you are taking ANY PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS including blood pressure medications. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, including headache, daytime drowsiness or changes in mood, blood pressure or heartbeat. Do not drive, operate machinery or consume alcohol when taking this product. NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
TAMPER RESISTANT: Do not use if imprinted seal under cap is broken. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Store in dry place and avoid excessive heat.
