INGREDIENTS
Active Ingredients:Black Cohosh 540 mg (Cimicifuga racemosa) (root).
Inactive Ingredients:Gelatin, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
DIRECTIONS
For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
WARNINGS
Not for use by pregnant or lactating women. Consult doctor before use if you have or have had a hormone-sensitive condition, low blood pressure or if you are taking ANY MEDICATIONS OR REMEDIES such as hormone therapy. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur,
