Active Ingredients:Calories 10 ; Total Carbohydrate 3 g 1% ; Dietary Fiber 2 g 8% ; Soluble Fiber 2 g ; Psyllium Seed Husk 2,862 mg (2.8 g) (Plantago asiatica) ; Citrus Pectin 12 mg ; Goldenseal Root 12 mg (Hydrastis canadensis) ; Cascara Sagrada Bark 12 mg (Rhamnus purshiana) ; Wheat Grass Juice (Triticum sativum) 12mg ; Aloe Vera Leaf (Aloe barbadensis) 12mg ; Buckthorn Bark (Rhamnus frangula) 12mg ; Gentian Root (Gentiana lutea) 12 mg ; Lactobacillus Acidophilus 6 mg.
Inactive Ingredients:Gelatin, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Magnesium Sulfate.
DIRECTIONS
For adults: take 4 to 6 capsules with liquid 30-60 minutes before meals. Take twice daily for 30 days. For best results, drink 6 to 8 glasses of liquid during the day. Any medication should be taken 1 hour prior to consuming this product.
WARNINGS
Not for use by pregnant or lactating women. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, gastrointestinal disorders, an intestinal obstruction, abdominal pain, an inflammation of the intestines such as appendicitis, colitis, Crohns disease or irritable bowel; diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, allergies to psyllium, or are taking ANY MEDICATIONS OR REMEDIES, such as digitalis or blood thinning medications, or daily aspirin. Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea and/or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. If you experience a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of 2 weeks, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative may indicate a serious condition. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as allergic reactions, gastrointestinal discomfort, headache or nervous system disturbances. NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18. Any medication should be taken one (1) hour prior to consuming this product.
WARNING: Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
TAMPER RESISTANT: Do not use if imprinted seal under cap is broken. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Store in a dry place and avoid excessive heat.
