Active Ingredients:Sodium (as Chondroitin Sulfate) 30 mg 1% ; Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 200 mg 333% ; Magnesium (as Manganese Sulfate) 2 mg 100% ; Chondroitin Sulfate 400 mg ; Glucosamine Sulfate KCI 500 mg.
Inactive Ingredients:Gelatin, Cellulose (plant origin), Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica.
DIRECTIONS
For adults, take two (2) capsules three times daily, preferably with meals.
