Shipping locations

We're sorry, but expedited shipping service is not available for P.O. boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO Military addresses. We ship via standard USPS shipping only to these locations. Packages sent to military or U.S. Territorial addresses may be delayed by standard mail handling. Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time.

Delivery times may be longer for items that require ground-only shipping. Items that require ground-only shipping (e.g., DOT restricted items) cannot be delivered to APO/FPO addresses. For more information on our shipping policies for restricted items, see "DOT Restrictions on Air Shipping" below.

Shipping surcharges

We ship all orders USPS Priority to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO Military addresses (we use more economical shipping methods for all other orders), in order to provide better service,.  While this shipping method is a higher cost for us, the delivery time is  faster . As a result of this increased cost to ship these orders via USPS Priority, these locations require a nominal delivery surcharge.  See below for more information.

A shipping surcharge will apply for certain heavy or oversize items.

Our Everyday Free Shipping program and free shipping promotions apply to shipping fees only.  If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping charge will be deducted from your order at checkout but any shipping surcharges will still apply.

Certain items are ineligible for our Everyday Free Shipping Program and free shipping promotions.  The minimum purchase required for Everyday Free Shipping or free shipping promotions doesn't include, and free shipping doesn't apply to, prescriptions, contact lenses, gift certificates, magazine subscriptions, bulk orders, applicable shipping charges or sales tax. Free shipping doesn't apply to heavy or oversize items. Eligible items are marked with our free shipping truck logo on the product information pages.

²3-day, 2-day or overnight order processing

·    Orders received before 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday (except holidays) will be processed the same day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the next day (or, if the next day is a holiday, the next business day). Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, on Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed the next business day.  We will send you an order shipped confirmation when we have finished processing your order and our transportation partner has picked it up for delivery.

·      Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 5 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.

Weekend delivery
Saturday delivery is available for standard shipping only. Expedited orders shipped via UPS (Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day) are delivered Monday through Friday only. Delivery is not available on Sundays.

Alaska and Hawaii
In order to provide better service, we ship all orders USPS Priority to Alaska and Hawaii (we use more economical shipping methods for all other orders).  While this shipping method is a higher cost for us, the delivery time is up to 3 times faster for our customers. As a result of this increased cost to ship these orders via USPS Priority, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require a $10.00 surcharge with standard delivery and a $15.00 surcharge with all expedited methods.  This surcharge might not be  listed at checkout and is in addition to regular delivery charges. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping charge will be deducted from your order  but this surcharge will still apply.

We are unable to ship DOT-restricted items to Alaska and Hawaii. For more information on our shipping policies for restricted items, see "DOT Restrictions on Air Shipping" below.

U.S. Territories
In order to provide better service, we ship all orders USPS Priority to U.S. Territories (we use more economical shipping methods for all other orders).  While this shipping method is a higher cost for us, the delivery time is up to 3 times faster for our customers. As a result of this increased cost to ship these orders via USPS Priority, shipments to U.S. Territories require a $9.99 surcharge. This surcharge is listed at checkout and is in addition to regular delivery charges. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping charge will be deducted from your order  but this surcharge will still apply.

APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses
In order to provide better service, we ship all orders USPS Priority to APO/FPO Military addresses (we use more economical shipping methods for all other orders).  While this shipping method is a higher cost for us, the delivery time is up to 3 times faster for our customers in these locations. As a result of this increased cost to ship these orders via USPS Priority, shipments to APO/FPO addresses require a $5.00 surcharge.  This charge is in addition to regular delivery charges. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping charge will be deducted from your order at checkout but this surcharge will still apply.

We're sorry, but expedited shipping is unavailable for APO/FPO Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We ship via standard shipping only to these locations. Packages sent to APO/FPO Military addresses and U.S. Territories may be delayed by standard mail handling.

Please note :since current world events impacting the United States and other countries, our delivery partners have informed us to expect packages to take up to 8 weeks for delivery to certain APO/FPO U.S. military addresses.

Please be advised shipping to a destination that requires a customs declaration will result in your packing slip identifying the package contents to be included on the customs label.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from rxzone.us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.


Rates and policies for prescription orders

No returns, refunds or exchanges are possible for any medication after shipped to you. According to the law in the USA. Prices may be subject to change without notice but will not exceed Average Wholesale Price . Orders  SHIPPED VIA Non Insured US Post Office- carry a  no signature  requirement for delivery, unless insurance requested by customer in writing  for which there is an additional charge.

You may choose Standard, 3-Day, 2-Day or Overnight shipping service for your prescription order at checkout. Refrigerated medicines require overnight shipping.
**  We currently ship prescriptions to street addresses (all shipping service levels), P.O. boxes within the 50 United States (standard shipping only), APO/FPO U.S. military addresses (standard shipping only; military mail handling may cause delays), and U.S. Territories. We don't ship prescription orders internationally.

FREE US Postal Service Ground shipping on prescription orders whose cost is over $250.00, except glass and refrigerated items, liquids, injectibles, and those items that require special packaging and handling.) RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY SURCHARGE OF $1.75 PER ORDER MAY APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS

New prescriptions take longer to process and deliver than refills. Also, the total time to verify and ship your prescription may be longer than shown if:

·     You're using insurance for the first time at the rxzone.us pharmacy (please allow one to two extra days to allow us to verify your insurance).

·      You're ordering a DOT-restricted item that requires ground shipping.

Total time until you receive your prescription = time to receive prescription + time to fill prescription + time to ship prescription.

These numbers are estimates based on our most commonly filled prescriptions.

Each step may be plus or minus a couple of days.

** Refrigerated medicines must be delivered using Overnight shipping. See below for more information. Overnight shipping charges will be added to your order.

Weekend delivery

Saturday delivery is available for standard shipping only. Orders shipped via UPS (Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day) are delivered Monday through Friday only. Delivery is not available on Sundays.

Refrigerated medicines

Some prescription drugs must be kept refrigerated. To ensure quality and safety, we send refrigerated medicines using overnight shipping only. This is because standard shipping methods do not guarantee that the medicine will be kept at the proper temperature.

We will send you an order shipped confirmation e-mail message when we have finished processing your order and our transportation partner has picked it up for delivery. Please be sure that someone will be available to accept your shipment at the shipping address the next business day. Open the package immediately and store the medicines as recommended. Be aware that some medicines can be damaged by refrigeration. If your order contains other medicines, don't place the entire package into the refrigerator.

Mixed orders

Mixed orders containing prescription and non-prescription items shipped via standard shipping will be charged the non-prescription shipping charge only. If you are shipping your mixed order via an expedited method (3-Day, 2-Day or Overnight), two separate shipping charges will apply.

Alaska and Hawaii

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional 2 to 3 days.  Free ground shipping not available US Postal Shipping available on request- Time for delivery cannot be assured and all USPO orders are shipped at customer risk of loss or delay, and without insurance.

U.S. Territories, APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and International orders

Rxzone.us is licensed to fill prescriptions written in the United States and its Territories. The prescribing physician must be licensed in a U.S. State or Territory, and with the exception of APO/FPO Military addresses, prescriptions can only be shipped within the U.S. or to U.S. Territories.  Free ground shipping not available US Postal Shipping available on request- Time for delivery cannot be assured and all USPS orders are shipped at customer risk of loss or delay, and without insurance.

DOT restrictions on air shipping

Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transport. But the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap.

Restricted items include:

·     Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as: hairspray, shaving cream, and inhalers.

·      Products that contain flammable volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as: fragrances, nail polish, bunion treatments, and nail polish remover.

We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we require ground-only delivery, at our Standard Shipping rate, for orders that contain DOT-restricted products.

We are unable to ship DOT-restricted items to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories or APO/FPO addresses.
